Our spinning push through nozzle is a unique and job specific nozzle but is very effective and easy to use. This nozzle uses a turbo nozzle attached to a machined billet of aluminium specially designed and integrated within to attach to your jetting hose whilst also allowing a rod to be attached alongside. The power of this nozzle is unmatched as it has 1x forward facing oscillating nozzle it is designed to use the water pressure to cut items in its way. If you come across a brick, concrete or wood stuck and blocking a drain pipe this nozzle’s sole focus is on cutting that out. The key advantage of this is that the nozzle is on the front so you don’t have to get past the blockage to jet it back, if you have a complete obstruction or an object large enough and solid enough that you can’t get your jetting nozzle or hose past then you can push this nozzle right up to the offending object with the use of drain rods and start cutting it out as soon as you turn your water pressure on. The use for drain rods with the nozzle is necessary as it only has a powerful forward-facing jet so if you was to send it down with no rods attached it would just come straight back at you. Here at Jetter Conversions We have been operating since the early 90s and have had a very small turnover off staff in this time period. Having staff that have been around for a long time only helps us and the level of knowledge that we can pass onto our customers. Our Team have all different roles to get jobs done as efficiently as possible and keep waiting times down to a minimum for customers, but also with all the years of experience this also means we can all switch from one job to another from building jetting machines to servicing jetting machines and everything in between. One of our longest standing members of staff who has been here from near the very beginning is Andy who was originally a guest of one of our early suppliers at a Christmas party but has now been with us for many years and can undertake any task here and knows the machines so well that he can offer help or technical support over the phone to customers who are either having problems or are unsure on the way to get the most out of our Jetter's while onsite saving them a trip into see us, This being done free of charge of course as all part of the service we offer. We are always designing and exploring new options in the way of nozzles, this nozzle is an adaption of our very popular Root Cutting Nozzle. Designed in such a way that the brass centre spins along with the blades at the top of the nozzle creating the ultimate root cutting nozzle for all types of roots that you will come across in 4 or 6 inch drain pipes, We have designed a new adapting head which will convert your root cutting nozzle into accepting chains. We have designed this so that if you have a root cutting nozzle and want the have the option of also having a chain flail nozzle then you don't have to buy a whole new nozzle and this shaft is easy to fit onto your existing root cutting nozzle simply by removing the 6 bolts on the top and removing the head and replacing with the head to accept chains. Another Big advantage to this adaption is that the shaft is 12mm so anyone that owns a Picote machine that has 12mm chains can fit their own chains to this nozzle but alternatively we sell the chains here either in carbide for use on cast and clay pipes or a smooth chain for use with pvc Pipes. The main advantage of this nozzle with the chains is that they are set to either exactly 4 or 6 inch and spin at a high rpm with water flow pulling the nozzle down the line while cleaning at the same time so it is all round a very good nozzle and definitely one that you need in your tool kit.
